Vegetable & Fruit IPM Introduction Cornell has a very broad and broad expertise in integrated production and pest management of vegetable and fruits. The program has been seeking to extend activities globally. This has been done through efforts to various countries and many institutions. However, due to political unrest development of the activities have been slower than expected in Zimbabwe, and the Middle East.   Development of a National vegetable IPM training plan Zimbabwe (1999-2000) Development of National IPM in Armenia (2001-2002) Biological control Clean Agriculture in the Middle East (2000-2001) Information support – the Global Crop Pest Information site A global pest identification site was developed in 1998. It provides one of the few free information sites on pest identification and management. The program intends to develop the site and seek funding.
